By engaging with tabvoyage.com you accept the conditions outlined in this agreement. If you disagree with any part of these conditions, please do not use the platform or its associated services.

Modifications to membership pricing or related terms may occur at our discretion. If significant adjustments are planned, subscribers will be notified at least 21 days before the effective date.

Any disputes related to these Terms will be resolved solely under Cypriot law and in its courts.

Essential Subscription Info

Upon subscribing, a temporary authorization charge of 1 EUR (or the equivalent in your local currency) may be applied to verify your payment method; this amount will be refunded promptly. Detailed pricing information is provided in the "Pricing" section. Following a complimentary 3-day trial period, the subscription will automatically renew every 28 days unless you cancel within the trial. By using this service, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with these terms.

To avoid service interruption, recurring fees are charged automatically unless cancellation is requested via [email protected]. Subscription periods are prepaid, and it's your duty to ensure your payment details remain up to date.

Important emails from Tabvoyage, such as invoices or welcome messages, may not reach you if your email settings block them or direct them to spam. Therefore, use a reliable email service and check your spam folders regularly.

Accepted Payment Options

Access may be paused if your payment method isn't updated after a failed charge, such as for insufficient funds or an expired card. Any due amount remains your responsibility, and billing dates may shift accordingly. We may continue charging your method, including with details updated by your bank. Additional fees may apply based on your payment type, please confirm with your provider.

Access to Exclusive Content

Users who enroll in our premium plan unlock a curated library of advanced gaming content not accessible on the standard version of the platform. This access is tied to an auto-renewing membership that continues until it is actively terminated by the user.

The standard billing cycle renews every 28 days, and unless cancellation occurs before the renewal date, the associated payment method will be charged accordingly. Details about charges and accepted payment types can be found in the relevant billing sections.

To protect service integrity, we retain the authority to block transactions or reject refund claims in the event of any misuse, security concerns, or policy violations.

Subscription Cancellation and Refunds

Subscription can be ended at any time by contacting [email protected] or using the Contact page. Cancellation takes effect after the current billing cycle, after which account access ends and data may be removed. Note that cancellations aren't allowed within 24 hours of signup due to processing limits.

To request a refund, contact [email protected]. Refunds take up to 14 days to process and will be returned to the original payment method. Partial subscriptions are non-refundable. Approval of refunds is at our sole discretion and does not guarantee future refunds. Refunds are not available for memberships that have been partially used.

Data Risk Notice

Tabvoyage is not liable for data loss caused by uncontrollable events such as outages, legal actions, disasters, or security breaches. This applies even if only part of the service is affected.
