Refunds
Refunds for shop items or subsequent recurring charges may be requested by contacting customer service at [email protected]. Refunds or credits will not be issued for partially used memberships. tabvoyage.com reserves the right to grant a refund or a credit applicable to 'purchases' at its discretion. The decision to refund a charge does not imply the obligation to issue additional future refunds. From time to time, tabvoyage.com may suspend or cancel payment or refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, abuse, or unlawful or other manipulative behavior. Should a refund be issued by tabvoyage.com for any reason, it will be credited solely to the payment method used in the original transaction. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month membership periods. You will receive a refund no later than 14 days after we have received the notice (depending on the payment method used in the original transaction, depositing the funds may take a different timeline).
